SwissMediaPartners AG was born from a love for media and technology.
It all started in the early 2000s, when a few people from the radio and music scene began helping broadcasters move from CDs and tapes to digital systems. What began as a small idea quickly turned into a mission: make media work smarter and easier.
Since then, we’ve helped radio, TV, and marketing companies in Switzerland and abroad to modernize their workflows, connect their systems, and use new technologies like cloud and AI, always with one goal: to make life easier and more efficient for people who create media every day.
Our team combines real media experience with technical know-how.
Michael Buholzer, one of our founders, comes from radio and music. He has always believed that technology should make creativity easier, not harder.
Mathieu Habegger joined the team as a student and brought fresh ideas from his time at EPFL and student radio.
Together, they built a team that’s curious, down-to-earth, and passionate about innovation and technology.
We always believed that solutions should be easy, realizable, and affordable. That’s the key to success, especially today since the media world is changing fast. We understand new technologies like AI, social media, and cloud-native solutions and we help our customers use them to keep pace and stay successful.
Over the years, we have worked on projects all across Europe and helped digitalize more than 100 radio and TV stations.

SwissMediaPartners AG is 100% Swiss and owned by its employees, which keeps us independent, flexible, and close to our partners’ real needs.
Our main base is in Fribourg, a beautiful Swiss city known for its stunning old town, great restaurants, famous cheese, and the typical black-and-white cows that make this region so unique.
We also have day offices in Lausanne, Bern, and Zurich, keeping us close to our partners across the country, and strong partnerships in Germany, Benelux, and the United States, which we continue to grow.

In Switzerland, we represent both MusicMaster and On Air Solutions, bringing their expertise to Swiss radio stations.

deliver.media is our daughter company, and we are not only sharing our offices, we are the same team. While SwissMediaPartners represents and supports the deliver.media products and services, our consulting solutions go hand in hand in other countries.
